Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Trinkets By Mi, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and high-quality jewelry. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Product Issues
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, wrong items sent, or size issues. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, preference, or color choices.
Size Issue Returns:
If you need to return an item due to sizing, a ₹120 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in any form. Provide an unedited video of the unboxing, showing the package, packaging materials, and the item clearly.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:
We will take care of the return process. An unedited video of the unboxing is required for verification.
Resolution Options:
Replacement (if available) or store credit for the item’s value if replacement is not available.
Video Guidelines:
Show the unopened package before opening. Record the entire unboxing, including packaging materials. Display the damaged, defective, or wrong item clearly, rotating it slowly. Keep the video continuous and unedited. Narration is optional but helpful.
Order Cancellations
All sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Order Modifications:
Our team can assist with any modifications to your order, such as address changes or product variant corrections, before it is shipped. Under no circumstances will an order be canceled once placed.
Why Cancellations Are Not Accepted:
Orders are processed and dispatched quickly to ensure timely delivery. Allowing cancellations after placement can disrupt inventory and logistics. This policy ensures high-quality service and prompt deliveries for all customers.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation for your COD order. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
For Prepaid Orders:
Once payment is processed, orders cannot be canceled. Please carefully review your order details, including product selection, quantity, size, and shipping address, before completing checkout.
If You Need Assistance:
For any questions or concerns before the order is shipped, contact our customer support promptly. Once the order is placed, we cannot cancel the order, but our team will do their best to assist you with modifications.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or store credit promptly.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:-
- Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care;
- Worn, washed, or altered items.
- Items missing original tags, packaging.
- Items purchased during sales or promotional periods.
Store Credit & Refunds
Monetary refunds are never provided. Store credit issued for valid claims can be used for any future purchase.
Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
Customers are responsible for being available at the address and phone number provided at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver due to unavailability, refusal to accept, or incorrect/incomplete address, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) after multiple delivery attempts. Such cases are not considered an error on our part, as the order was fulfilled and shipped on time. Once the RTO package reaches us, we will issue a store coupon equivalent to the order value after deductions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A return shipping charge of ₹120 will also be deducted. The balance will be issued as a single-use store coupon with lifetime validity, which can be used on any future purchase.
Unauthorized Returns
If a customer ships a return without prior authorization from us, we shall not be held liable for any damage or loss of the package. Such returns will not be accepted under any circumstances, and no store coupon or refund will be issued. Only returns authorized by Trinkets By Mi, following the proper return policy, are eligible for coupon issuance.
General Notes
Store coupons cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Customers are advised to double-check their delivery address and contact details before placing an order to avoid delays or failed deliveries. We always notify customers once a return package is received and the corresponding coupon is generated.
